Reply to the Episode "Wilson" discussion at house_wilson, which ran way over the LJ reply character-limit. Possible spoilers ahead.

( 1) Will Wilson's friend live through the episode? Will he die even with Wilson's donation surgery? If he dies, what do you think Wilson will do? )

( 2) According to the description of the global promo, is the transplant really that risky or is House worrying too much because it's Wilson? Will we get some sick!Wilson? )

( 3) Are there renewed hopes of seeing House  )

( 4) Will there be repercussions to this episode that will continue on in episode 11 (which apparently will have lots of House/Wilson)? )

( 5) Happy that there will be a bit of Huddy storyline on this episode Y / N? )

( 6) Will this be one of the best episodes of the season or of THE WHOLE WORLD Y / Y? =D )

I'm not entirely sure about my feelings towards this episode. I have personal opinions though, which may or may not be wrong, but... *shrug*.

( What the hell... I'll 'let rip' anyway. )

Reading the comments posted below these videos on Youtube is even more amusing/infuriating (I can't decide - maybe both) than the videos themselves. The videos themselves, though, are pretty fucking epic.

I just caught a new music video from Will Young on Channel 4 as I was doing my Lasers and Plasmas homework (could have been the premier according to the internet).

For those who don't know who Will Young,  there is one song I adore from him called Your Game.



Not sure why I adore it so much, but it has something to do with the sweeping grandiose Broadway nature of the melody and music video.

His newest one, entitled Hopes & Fears, has him playing a pregnant man, wherein he also proceeds to go emo watching films whilst eating a tub of ice-cream. :D I kinda liked it.



Argh. Back to homework.

The situation is that about a fortnight before uni started up again, I had to knuckle down and get revising for back-to-term brain activation.

In other news, I was just randomly reminiscing to myself today about Germany, and I had this sudden flashback of myself and Din BB sitting in her car, barrelling down the Dortmund countryside and belting out the VAMPS rendition of Life on Mars at the top of our lungs... Which led to INTERWEBZ and looking it up on Youtube and listening to it...

It was even playing in my head when I fell asleep!

A rush job which took about 1.5-2.0 hours the night before I left to visit her in Dortmund. I ended up not taking it with me because there was no way I could take the case with me, and I didn't want to go to all the trouble for a piece I wasn't that happy about anyways.

I'll probably be redoing this at some point with a different medium.

Also uploaded a very bad sketch/lineart of Kei, which was originally supposed to be giftart for ranaeressea's Moon Child fanfiction, but I failed in finishing it because it took me eons to do the hand in that posture/position only to realise it's too small. And that I suck at perspective. Thought it would be entertaining for you guys to see though.

And yes, I know that grammar is awful - bear it, it's for comedic effect. Kinda like this one. (It's not meant to be offensive, honestly! I love Germany.)

So we were testing the newly built plasma jet last Friday, which necessitated disconnecting the old jet head because there's only one power supply and gas line. The new jet head wouldn't work for some reason, so we had to stick the old one back on. Except the old one doesn't work either now because when we were unplugging it the first time, one of the copper wires that provided the voltage difference across the head broke. So there was some soldering on Friday as well and hunting for the correct type of wire, but still to no avail, because for some reason the Forward and Reflected powers are the same whenever you plug the old jet head in, when in fact Reflected power needs to be about 10% of the Forward to generate the plasma sheath.

Oh dear.

Well... let's see if we can at least get it working again today... I doubt there'll be much time for experimentation.
